We have 6 outlets across the CBD: the original at The Arcade · Hup Lee (11 Collyer Quay), plus The Sail @ Marina Bay, Marina Bay Link Mall, Asia Square Tower 2, Marina One · The Heart, and our 一家村 counter at Marina Bay Link Mall #B2-04. The mall outlets open Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm, closing at 3pm on the last Friday of the month, and are closed on weekends and public holidays. Breakfast at #B2-04 starts at 7:30am. Yes. Beehoon breakfast sets have no minimum order and are self-collect at Marina Bay Link Mall #B2-04. Lunch and event catering — fish soups, double-boiled tonic soups and Canteen bento — starts at a $100 minimum per order, with self-collect free and delivery adding 10% of the subtotal. Build your order on the site and we confirm the final quote by WhatsApp before you pay.

Yes — our frozen and bottled range covers fried garlic ($7), chilli ($6), frozen broth ($5) and marinated batang ($12). Self-collect orders get 5% off at $40 and above, and 10% off at $80 and above. Delivery is available at $1 per km, confirmed after you order.

We reply to confirm availability and your final quote, usually the same day. For a normal bowl, just walk up to any outlet, or order through GrabFood or Foodpanda.

The bowl is deliberately bigger than a standard rice bowl, and the broth is boiled fresh daily rather than held over. The family has been making it since 2003, starting from a no-name stall at Hup Lee Cafeteria 合利餐室 in The Arcade, and the recipe came out of trial and error rather than a book. You can still get the original bowl at The Arcade today.
