We do not ask for and never handle payment card details. Payment is arranged separately after we confirm your order.
To prepare and fulfil your order, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the orders we receive. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed below.
That is the complete list. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site.
Order records are kept while they are commercially useful — typically up to 24 months — so we can handle repeat orders, questions and our own accounts. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent to our using it. Email eric@arcadefishsoup.com and we’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer fulfil an order that is already in progress.
This site isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
